A Simple Affirmation For Self Love & Acceptance

I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Breathe in and feel the vibration of this statement.

Breathe out and let go.

Bonus exercise: look at yourself in the mirror and say the affirmation aloud. 

Throughout the day, notice each time you engage in a put down or negative self talk. Mentally say, “I cancel that though and I choose again.” Then, insert this affirmation. If you have a mantra practice, try doing a round on your mala using this affirmation.


Affirmations are an effective way to raise your vibration and to tune your frequency to that of love.  I started practicing affirmations about 10 years ago as a way to help reprogram my mind from self hating, fear thoughts into supportive, loving ones.

We have 1,440 minutes per day.  How will you spend each minute? Can you imagine how much your vibration would change if you attune more of those minutes to loving thoughts?  

We often treat others the way we treat ourselves.  It is not bad or good, it is just what we know. Can you imagine how much the world could change if we were all able to see ourselves in others, and treat all creation with love, respect, and compassion?
